- Dennis LThe stretches were really good for me after a long day of computer programming. What I especially liked is that they were never held, but we kept moving through them, which felt really good. As a guy who sits in front of computers for a living, staying limber is only going to get more important as time goes on, and getting the ball rolling early is great, so I highly recommend this for anyone else with a desk/office job that involves a lot of sitting, especially if you are older, or aren't as enthused about the more risky types of strenuous exercise like weightlifting or contact sports, or even taking a yoga class (which can be really intimidating for someone who is not flexible at all - trust me, I know). Lana is a very good instructor, and explains everything very well.

- Alexandra LEngaging and friendly instructor, absolutely amazing stretch (both for those that exercise on a regular basis and those that don't), and you definitely break a sweat even though it's not fast-paced!
